Business Development Specialist (Inside Sales)

The ideal Business Development Specialist is a high-energy individual who will contact and qualify leads seeking to change their financial situation for the better. Candidates need to be sales driven and a people person who is focused on developing relationships with leads so that they can schedule appointments with for sales agents.
- Qualify marketing leads and setting up appointments
- The initial contact representative to targeted leads
- Answer basic questions about Paradigm Life's services
- Present knowledge base and background to prospective customers
- Deliver resources to prospects and existing customers
- Successfully assist prospects to overcome objections
- Average earning potential of $16-$18/hr. with a $15/hr guaranteed base (base + commission)
- 6 months experience in sales, customer retention, or customer service
- Excellent phone presentation and communication skills
- Self-driven, self-motivated
- Proven success with thriving in team environments and achieving metric goals
- Enjoy working with technology and computers
